Text Messaging (SMS)

• SMS Originating Numbers: Messages may be sent from (910) 900-8284 or (828) 616-4040.
• How You Opt In: You may opt in to our SMS program by either of the following methods: (a) completing a class registration through our booking system and checking the SMS consent box during checkout, or (b) providing your mobile number to our staff in person or by phone and giving explicit verbal consent to receive messages. By checking the consent box or giving verbal consent, you expressly consent to receive recurring text messages from Best Emergency Services Training at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. If a customer texts our business number first, we may send a one-time reply to that inquiry. Texting our business number is not an opt-in for recurring messages.
• Types of Messages: Appointment reminders, class schedules and confirmations, certification status updates, follow-up responses to your inquiries, customer support messages, and service-related notifications.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt Out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP.
• Age Requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to our SMS program, or have parental/guardian consent.
• No Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
