1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website and services of Best Emergency Services Training ("BEST," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

BEST provides CPR, BLS, ACLS, PALS, EMT, and other emergency medical training courses certified by the American Heart Association (AHA), ECSI, NAEMT, and American Red Cross. Course availability, pricing, and schedules are subject to change without notice.

3. Registration & Enrollment

  • Registration for a course constitutes an agreement to attend and pay all applicable fees.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • BEST reserves the right to refuse enrollment to any individual at its sole discretion.
  • Minimum age requirements may apply for certain courses. Please contact us for details.

4. Payment & Fees

  • Full payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, debit cards, and other methods indicated at checkout.
  • Prices are subject to change. The price displayed at the time of registration is the price you will be charged.
  • Group and corporate training rates are available; contact us for a custom quote.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 48+ hours before the class: Full refund or free rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made within 24–48 hours: Credit toward a future class; no cash refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class or no-shows: No refund or credit issued.
  • BEST reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

6. Certification

Certification cards are issued only upon successful completion of the course, including all required skills testing and written assessments where applicable. BEST issues certifications on behalf of the respective certifying bodies (AHA, ECSI, NAEMT, Red Cross) and cannot guarantee certification outcomes for students who do not meet the required competencies.

7. Conduct & Participation

Students are expected to:

  • Arrive on time and prepared for class
  • Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
  • Actively participate in all required hands-on skills practice
  • Refrain from disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior

BEST reserves the right to remove any student from a class without refund for violating these expectations.

8. Assumption of Risk

Emergency medical training involves physical activity, including CPR compressions on mannequins and other hands-on exercises. By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with such activities. You represent that you are physically capable of participating and will inform the instructor of any medical conditions that may affect your participation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BEST shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course in question.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and course materials, is the property of BEST or its licensing partners and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

11. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cumberland County, North Carolina.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
